Job Title: RN Unit Manager
Day Shift
We are seeking a highly qualified RN Unit Manager to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have experience and a strong passion for nursing and managing a team. As an RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and support
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Monitor patient progress and make appropriate changes to care plans
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards
